ORAL/POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• April 24, 2017, is the deadline for abstract submission
• Abstracts will be submitted through the Congress website, where a link will be available during the submission period. Please note that abstracts sent by fax or e-mail will not be included in the abstract assessment process by the Scientific Committee.
• Abstracts of presentations should be prepared in English or Turkish.
• Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words (titles will not count toward the word limit, nor will the information about authors and institutions)
• The title of the abstract, first and last names, institutions, city and country of residence of the authors must be fully indicated. The abstract should have five sections: the aim, methods, results, discussion and keywords (min 3 words).
• All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Approved abstracts will be accepted to be presented either in oral or poster format and authors will be informed by e-mail.
• Abstracts submitted by presenting authors, who do not register for the congress and make payment by this deadline will be removed from the final program and will not be published in The Journal of Happiness and Well-Being.
• Abstracts of accepted presentations will be given to participants in CD format.
• After peer review process, full text presentations will be published in the special edition of The Journal of Happiness & Well-Being (JHW) (International peer-reviewed journal).

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

• The size of a poster should be 90 cm (height) x 70 cm (width).
• The Poster should be prepared in English or Turkish.
• Size of presentation title should be at least 2.5 cm. Below the poster presentation title authors’ names and affiliations should be stated.
• Researchers should be ready for poster discussion in the allocated date and place.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• Oral presentations will be performed in English and/or Turkish.
• The oral presentations at congress are limited to 15 minutes each.
