IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

A new scientific presentation method titled IGNITE PRESENTATION will take place in our congress this year. Our participants will have opportunity to effectively present their scientific studies in a short time with their presentation in IGNITE PRESENTATION method.

IGNITE PRESENTATION RULES:

5-minute duration
Presentation including total 20 slides and each slide assigned with 15 secs screen time.

PAPER ABSTRACTS

The deadline for the paper submits is on March 05, 2023.
Papers will be submitted only via the web site of our congress. Those sent via fax or mail will not be evaluated.
Paper abstracts must be in Turkish or English.
All the paper abstracts must be not above 500 words excluding the title and author’s name-surname.
Elements that must be indicated respectively in the abstract are as follows; title of the paper, name and surname of the authors, and the name, province and country of the institution where they work. Purpose, method, findings, discussion and keywords (minimum three of them) must be included in order.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee and the papers deemed appropriate will be accepted for presentation as oral and poster presentations. The results of the evaluation will be notified to the authors via e-mail.
For the presentation of the paper, the congress registration fee must be paid by registering to the congress.

PREPARATION RULES FOR POSTER

Poster presentations must be 70 (width) x 90 (length) cm in size and must be prepared as suitable to be read from a distance of one meter.
Posters must be prepared in English or Turkish.
The title of the poster paper must be minimum 2.5 cm in size. The name of the authors and the institution where they work should be indicated under the title.
Posters will be hung at the specified place, on the specified date and time to be notified by the organizing committee.
Authors are required to be present at the beginning of their poster presentations on the day, time and at place specified for the poster discussion.

RULES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

Oral presentations will be done in English and/or Turkish.
The duration of oral presentations is 15 minutes.
