Abstract Submıssıon

ABSTRACT

The deadline for abstract submissions has been extended to April 20, 2026. 

Abstracts must be submitted only through the official congress website. Abstracts sent by mail will not be considered.

Abstracts must be written in Turkish or English.

The full text of the abstract must not exceed 500 words, excluding the title and the author’s name and surname.

The abstract must include, in the following order: The title of the paper, The authors’ full names, The name of the institution(s), city, and country, A short biography of the author (maximum 250 words; must include undergraduate degree information, and if applicable, master’s and doctoral degree information, and current institutional affiliation), Purpose, Method, Findings, Discussion, and Keywords (at least three).

Abstracts will be evaluated by three independent reviewers who are members of the scientific committee and/or experts in the relevant field. Abstracts deemed appropriate will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. Evaluation results will be communicated to authors via email.

For research studies, ethical approval must be clearly stated in the abstract.

To present a paper, authors must complete congress registration and pay the registration fee.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster presentations must be prepared in dimensions of 70 cm (width) × 90 cm (height) and should be readable from a distance of one meter.

Posters must be prepared in English or Turkish.

The poster title must be at least 2.5 cm in height. The names of the authors and their affiliated institutions must be indicated below the title.

Posters must be displayed at the designated location on the date and time announced by the organizing committee.

Authors are required to be present at their posters on the specified day, time, and location for the poster discussion session.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral presentations will be delivered in English and/or Turkish.

The duration of oral presentations is 15 minutes.
